Application Operations and Support (DPI role). Advanced audit reports and consultant for diverse reporting and reference tools like SQL/Crystal/Toad/PeopleSoft tools. Responsible to accomplish SLA and take ownership for user escalations for Banking and Control teams. Achievements: Controlled and Managed Tidal Jobs for US Payroll. Considering IT background I acted as Focal Point between IT/Dev/BRMs for US Payroll Team. Validation and testing, following up on MTP planned for Payroll system upgrades (Tax Upgrades).

Role: Support Specialist for HP’s Pricing applications including active engagement with GDBA, Dev, IT teams and consulting in SQL, UNIX, SAP, TOAD, CRM and Incident Management and ticketing platforms. Responsible to follow up or open necessary escalations due to applications/data issues. Achievements: Subject Matter Expert for Pricing Applications, Developed and consolidated partnership with BRM, Development and Biz teams looking to facilitate business operation thru support processes.

Role: Consultant in Crystal/Toad/SQL report tools, Management of PeopleSoft platform and Excel conciliations, audit US payroll payments and confirm them every day by releasing trigger files in order to send out payroll data to necessary Banks and internal or external vendors. Achievements: primary contact between IT and business, People Soft Testing MTP process and deadlines accomplished on time.
