In 2014 Teva established the European Fm Organization. In cooperation with Global Facility Management (a global organization based in Israel) I organized the FM team in Chemical plants (7 API sites) and Commercial offices in Italy. I developed different projects in services areas, facility and real estate with a re negotiation of main contracts (lease mainteinace, cleaning, Fleet). I mapped and defined the activities under FM organization.

I started my own consulting business at the end of 2012, using my competency in the areas of construction and the survey of real estate development, investment, repositioning and adding value to assets, due diligence and project management. Advised private investors on how to deal with bids in order to develop mixed use projects in the disused Milan railways area I worked for Finance Ministry in order to define a real estate found (INVIMIT)

Management of four property funds (Alpha, Sigma, Omicron Plus, Senior) with 300 properties /buildings (770,000 sqm under management, office and business space , residential developments worth an OMV of 2.3 billion Euros; 122 milion Euros of rents). Fund management included refinancing, disposal and rotation of assets in the portfolio, residential and business property developments, managing of participations in real estate SPV

Management of real estate investment for Italian and international pension funds (MHREC hines fund and TIIA CREF). I managed the investment selection and acquisition, project development, leases.

Management of relationships with the Italian Ministry of Infrastructures and Italian Railways group in order to obtain public approval for infrastructure projects. Management of relationships with local authorities, the supervisor of Public Works, Government commissioners, Central and Local Cultural Heritage Management, obtaining approval of projects for redevelopment and change of purpose to allow commercial properties in the key railway stations in Italy.

I managed the re-development of retail projects at Milan Central Station, Turin PN Station, Venice Santa Lucia Station, and Venice Mestre Station (investment of 230 million euros). Handled all stages of the project including the awarding of public tenders. Coordinated 15 independent engineering firms, relationships with the Railways and lessees. Coordinated an in-house team of 4 and a project team of 100 people.

Management of refurbishment of office buildings on behalf of property owners and leaseholders. In charge of town and property procedures issued by the Fire Service and LHA. Project Manager for business property redevelopment for multinationals of around 20 locations in Milan and Rome
