In charge of policy related issues in Commercial and Legal departments within the scope of IDD Project (Acts concerning the Insurance Distribution Directive of the European Parliament)  Ensuring the update of new terms and conditions in all policies according to new circular of European Parliament relating to Insurance Distribution  Working closely with jurists in Legal Department to check accuracy of modified policy documents  Manage timelines for delivering documents to partners/clients

Oversee both sales, consultancy and customer services  Executing the business development project for expat healthcare insurance & high-end medical insurance, overseeing both servicing and sales.  Actively working with international medical insurance providers in Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, France, USA to get product updates and market information  Giving consultancy to corporate clients as well as individual clients for the best insurance program

Customer Service (10 000 insureds), B2B-B2C sales, marketing, claims negotiation

Mission of communication and support to French expat community (about 7 000 persons)  Provide daily governmental services to French Expatriate Community in Ho Chi Minh City  Assist French citizens/tourists in case of emergency  Assist/conduct marriage interview of Vietnamese citizens with French citizens in both Vietnamese and French language.  Being interpreter for economic missions organized by Business France for French/Vietnamese corporates in exploring trade/commerce opportunities.

Project of healthcare insurance for multi-national companies (pooling/captive -supported by GEB- Generali Employee Benefits Network)- In charge of various Group Business’ tasks including project management, coordination, relationship management, leadership and innovative development of opportunities, keeping records of sales transaction.

Sales B2B, target on new group business- In charge of business development for all Personal Insurance Products (local healthcare insurance, expat healthcare insurance, travel insurance, consulting service, new promo products…)

 General management of Vietnam office (including HR, budget, accounting, legal issues…)

Dedicatedly in charge of both group and individual expatriate clients, Customer Service (2 000 insureds), sales B2B-B2C, marketing, claims support.  Giving consultancy to clients for choosing appropriate product  Making quotations and doing presentation for group clients relating expanded and new business  Managing customer’s services for existing accounts and renewal of business by ensuring clients’ satisfaction.  Training new staffs
