I consult with global companies looking to increase satisfaction, engagement and wellbeing in their workplaces and capture and increase customer engagement in order to grow their business. As part of Gallup’s global strategic development team, I create the initial dialogues with European companies to understand key levers of organizational performance, B2B/B2C strategies tied to business outcomes and how Gallup can support their growth ambitions.

I oversee the entire talent acquisition and management strategy, process, and people business growth for Gallup in Europe and the Middle East. As a daily business advisor to C-level executives and regional leaders on hiring and developing top talent, I utilize both personality and qualitative assessments together with deep expertise of the markets to ensure top people performance measured by KPIs resulting in real, long-term business growth - for Gallup and our clients' businesses.

I was selected from the external consultant team to take on new role to create local talent management strategies to drive business growth through people. Designed talent management strategies from zero, resulting in a process fit for region and increase of top talent hiring across all function from various consulting roles, managers, IT, finance and Human Resources. I launched the Middle East hub in Dubai and devised the talent acquisition/management strategy for China. Consulted on external projects.

I started my career with Gallup in Germany as an Emerging Leader Consultant to identify, develop and grow new and exisiting client business. I managed international client relationships, team deliverables, and project teams of 10+ associates on client projects in Talent Management, HR Strategy, Employee Engagement, Organizational Design, Customer Engagement and Individual and Team Coaching. I managed 2.5 Million € in business responsible for scope and budget.
