She has 8 years experience as a research scientist followed by 9 years in Pan European technical support, marketing& sales Management roles promoting high technology instrumentation, reagents and consumable products ( Chromatography, Spectroscopy, Thermal analysis and Biotechnology & related Software ) to the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Food, Chemical & Petrochemical market sectors. For the past 30 years Jayne has been in recruitment and Human Resources where she has focussed on the life science and interrelated technology sectors. Here Jayne has applied her broad scientific and business experience to successfully complete many international search assignments in instrumentation, speciality kits & reagents, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, fine chemicals and the contract research sectors.
