Pricing management as well as supervision of financials, terms and conditions during bid phases and contract negotiations. Maintaining commercials and price books After‐Sales. Creating of and advising on competitive business cases. Pricing, reviewing and approving of bids and services. Developing pricing strategies. Further driving to improve process and the tool landscape. Developing tools to improve the daily work of the pricing teams (pricing tools and tools for analyzing pricing/financial/market data).

Commercial and financial management, support and supervision during bid, pre-contract and contract phases. Responsible for the development and improvement of Commercial Management within the unit as well as the interaction and cooperation with other units/countries. Part of the Sales Team with a focus on application deals in the German speaking region (DACH). As 2nd Role: Responsible for Pipeline Management (set up of reporting processes, defining standards and giving guidance on activities).

Part of the "Program Management Outsourcing Finance” division: Handling of new business opportunities (RfPs) from a commercial and financial standpoint. Particularly of pricing analysis and strategy aspects. Operating across all verticals/industries. Responsible for Central Region, but also acting on European and Global level. Overseeing financial KPIs and being stand-in for the CFO during opportunity qualifications and reviews. Preparing of business case calculations and viewings.

Diplomstelle - Thema: Identity Management in Bezug auf IT-Security und Compliance Anforderungen. Im Rahmen der Diplomarbeit wurde auch eine explorative Studie in Form eines Fragebogens, durchgeführt. Dabei wurden deutschlandweit mehrere Tausend Unternehmen zu dem Thema Befragt. Ergebnisse aus der Studie sind mit in die Diplomarbeit eingefloßen.
