Scaled Agile Framework Product Owner of two amazing Teams in charge for the Embedded Software for electrical wheelchairs and for the related Configuration Mobile and Desktop Applications.

- Enable my teams to execute the PI Planning and commit to PI goals, identify and resolve dependencies and risks - Enable my Teams to run SCRUM Agile Development - Propose new features for the app in collaboration and in agreement with Product Managers and UX Engineers - Coordinate with other POs to make development of new features possible - Plan with Product Managers and Test Manager the content and timeline of our app releases.

- Define the list of documents we needed to provide for each release of our products - Coordinate all persons responsible to deliver documents - Ensure content of all documents were aligned with content of product releases - Ensure documentation was ready at release date - Inform stakeholders in the company about project status and coordinate with other Project Leaders and Launch Project Leader.

- Review of requirements in order to ensure the testability - Define integration and test strategies - Plan of verification activities - Define test environments - Define needed non-regression test cases - Manage of test engineers - Define and validate of required test tools - Deliver verification report and traceability matrix.

- Organize all SCRUM rituals and enable the Team to properly run them - Organize PI Planning meetings - Coordinate with Product Owner to ensure backlog was properly refined and prioritized to enable the team to run sprint planning and commit to sprint goals - Enable the Team to run sprint retrospective and to follow up on any finding.

- Define device requirements - Deploy device requirements on all sub parts - Coordinate designers and industrialization experts involved in the project - Build and test prototypes - Integrate prototypes in the system - Verify compliance to environmental and EMI requirements - Define test requirements for production phase - Define test procedures with customer for acceptance phases
