As the Lead Project Manager for MES Europe, my responsibilities include overseeing digitalization projects at manufacturing facilities, which range from basic MES implementations to full automation initiatives. In this role, I manage projects from the machine level to the ERP system to ensure successful delivery. Starting as an entry-level project coordinator in the pharmaceutical industry, I gained extensive experience in project management and process optimization across multiple sectors. Throughout my career, I have led international teams and introduced innovative initiatives to improve work processes. My commitment to driving the digitalization agenda is demonstrated by my efforts to foster innovation and continuous improvement across all manufacturing facilities.
