Establishment & operation of architecture governance structures in direct cooperation with the Business & IT units involved. • Project lead for the introduction of the EAM-Platform ALFABET • Responsible Ownership of the EAM platform ALFABET. Implemented use cases: IT landscape Management, Lifecycle Analysis, Compliance Evaluation, Infrastructure Analysis). • Setting up of a collaborative IT community to provide a transparent, high-quality IT landscape documentation used & supported by all stakeholders.

Initialization of a target master plan (national) for the sales & distribution unit (incl. controlling of external provider) based on strategic drivers (e. g. digital utility) and challenged by the different operation models for classic energy, energy products and services, telecommunication).

Implementation & introduction of an operative IT architecture management based on IT management tool planningIT (SAG / alphabet) within the “First-Choice-Program” of Deutsche Post. My responsibilities include • The project “Introduction & development of architecture management method / tooling based on planningIT (ALFABET)”. • Project management for the initiative “Implementation of a planning base for the IT Management” (based on Six Sigma / DMAIC)

Implementation architec-ture management process including the introduction of strategic driven master plans for planning & controlling of the IT landscape based on the method / tool ALFABET, driven by: • Optimization of content-driven planning and financial controlling of WestLB's IT. • Increasing IT landscape transparency to improve the basis of IT management decisions. • Implementation of detailed cost information (As-Is / Plan) for the IT systems of the bank.

IT architecture planning and documentation of T-Systems Service Line Systems Integration as a base line for IT management and controlling. • Development of master, architecture and migration plans. • Management of short and mid-term IT requirements. • Providing IT management methods and tools for enterprise architectures. • Project management activities.

Advising the project "Design of an Extended Enterprise Architecture" as a Senior Consultant at the invitation of the Faculty of Information Technology, here: intensive cooperation with Australian partner companies. Objective: Identification of best practices by comparing architecture management processes used in the German-European environment with international procedures.

Provision and application of software engineering procedures, methods, and tools to optimize IT projects at the Telekom development centers. Focus areas: soft-ware test management, configuration management, CASE, object-oriented anal-ysis, design, and programming.
