Implementing HR IT-system In Belgium For JUMBO entity .

Responsible for restructuring and outsourcing part of the T&L department. Neptune Energy, a multinational active in the offshore oil and gas industry. Their requested is to evaluate the HR process 'Training and Licencing' improving it, data cleaning and to ensure 100% compliancy for personnel dispatched to the drilling islands. This includes investigating and negotiating possibilities to outsource parts of the workload to third party vendors.

Responsible for transferring 600 Fte’s from Samsung Electronics to Samsung SDS. This according 2P-Law. Furthermore responsible for restructuring HR departments in those countries. Reponsible for tranfer production department Samsung Electronics to Samsung SDS, Poland Slovakia & Hungary

Responsible for writing a business case regarding the implementation of AFAS flows. This project was conducted together with AFAS consultancy. Managing rollout of the HR business partner role in the organization and implemented a cultural change. The organization, due to the bankruptcy stopped all activities. HR department consist 9 fte’s. Total number of CARe employees 800

Developing new Salary structure for the company in co-operation with Towers Watson. Managing the Learning & Development department.
