The following were my key contributions in this role: · Served as a key bridge between shareholders across the holding company and managing directors in Switzerland. · Introduced and led acquisitions of the brands Allegra, Zwergenburg, s'Nuscheli, s Zipfelchappe and Keiki daycare group while supervising ~120 team members.

My major contributions include: · Link between the shareholders in the holding company and numerous leading directors in South Korea. · Administered overall aspects of fiscal planning and structural optimization operations of ~80 employees.

In this function, I was head of the M&A department and ensured ongoing growth of the company group. My duty was to administer acquisitions of Isarkids GmbH, Isarkids Laim GmbH, Isarkids Solln gGmbH, Kultur-KiTa GmbH, MD KiTaPartner GmbH, Uki Kinderkrippe GmbH, Zwergenwelt GmbH, and a number of projects as asset deals (e.g. gemeinsamSein e. V., Kleine Bärchen daycares, Lucky Children, Montessori LB, Morimu).

For LD Education SA, I served as Partner, Co-founder, and one of the directors. My day-to-day duties were the following: I supervised and led overall aspects of subsidy programs and staff plannings to ensure seamless cash flow. I was also responsible for developing and implementing robust financing models in close collaboration with international banks, including CH, FR, LUX, and GER.

I served as a Partner, Co-founder and CEO of the company to streamline and enhance business operations to improve company efficiency. Also, I directed a range of operations such as hiring, finance, HR, and marketing from inception to successful completion. I also supervised and assisted top-notch team members in creating and executing key operations to meet and exceed company goals.

This first job after my legal exam was a great experience in the field of contract drafting for European-wide entrepreneurial activities.

As part of an exciting team of international professors and students, I was able to provide details and participate in drafting an expert opinion of a recent case that resulted in a landmark ruling in the area of employment law at the U.S. Supreme Court.

As a student, I gained my first insights into the work of a large law firm, and was able to work primarily in M&A related matters.

As a student and intern in this human rights organization, I had the opportunity to exchange ideas with think tanks and, in addition to gaining first insights into political events, I was able to contribute to a labor law case that was heard at the European Court of Human Rights. Probably one of the greatest experiences I have had in Brussels has been the opportunity to network globally.
