Specialist and experienced in DNA sensing nearly 20 years which involving PCR/RT-PCR, DNA-gold nanoparticle conjugates assay, LAMP and DNA/RNA extraction. Having experiences in several biosensor research projects related to genetic modified organisms/foods (GMOs/GMF), oil palm’s pathogen (Ganoderma boninense), papaya’s pathogen (Erwinia mallotivora), paddy's pathogens (BLS, BLB and Pyrocularia), poultry pathogen (Campylobacter jejuni) and citrus’s pathogen. Currently working and involves for insidious fruit rot (IFR) disorder in Harumanis mango project.
