Stefan Rusinov

My name is Stefan Rusinov, and I am a graduating student of International Business Administration! Throughout the years I have built a deep passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, which has guided me through my academic and personal journey and has helped me to become very ambitious, determined, and proactive. Furthermore, being a big optimist allows me to see opportunities where others see obstacles, creates a positive work environment around me, and helps me to come up with new creative ideas of how to solve a particular problem. I am a person who is not afraid of trying out new things and making mistakes, as I realize that this helps me to accelerate my growth even further. Experienced in cross-cultural collaboration, problem-solving, impactful communication, and public speaking. My diverse experience at Deloitte's Innovation Team has reinforced my project management, and teamwork skills and has further accelerated my ambition and proactivity.
