- Generating regular traffic and revenue reports which are containing around twenty partners and presenting them to different teams - Doing analysis of critical business process and giving suggestions for improvements - Supporting partner managers by doing performance evaluations and ad-hoc traffic and revenue analysis - Coordinating different teams and managing more than ten partners deployment at the same time by using Kanban board

- In charge of doing financial planning, tracking, reporting for AIESEC Serbia projects and conferences. - Was part of team which organized a conference called Global Leaders Summit for delegates from more than 100 countries. Was responsible for financial management and legality of conference. - Did cost analysis, pricing and product packaging for AIESEC Serbia projects. - Was involved in creation of strategies for AIESEC Serbia development and initiatives for supporting the growth.

• Was leading a team of 8 people, tracking their results and worked on their personal development by creating personal development plans and coaching sessions. • Did feasibility studies for all project ideas and developed 3 new topics for projects in order to attract different stakeholders. • Was in charge for organizational goals and activities planning and tracking. • Was responsible for account management and developing relations with Local partners and alumni.
