Started the R&D group and scaled to 30 members in less than a year. Achieved target cumulative revenue of $1.6 million for Financial Year 2011 with focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Managed a team of engineers for technology evaluation and development of an application for quotes and watch list module of an online trading portal. Lead a team of engineers for the development of a system to ensure SOX compliance among the client’s employees. Developed a centralized knowledge management system with static content for the call center executives of a reputed client.

Developed and supported a critical performance management application in the OSS suite of products.
