Managing Blackrock Aladdin service and relationship with internal clients and Blackrock

I am working for an ambitious project to implement Aladdin as a front office system for EMEA and US regions and integrate with all internal systems, more particularly with Fund Accounting system SCD to ensure the accounting system is kept in sync at real-time with proper business workflows adapted for business areas - reconciliation, book keeping and billing, and various trading costs, fees and complex tax structures of SCD transformed and migrated into Aladdin

I worked as an IT Business Analyst and Project Manager for implementation of Tibco - EAI for Aladdin implementation projects and MarkitEDM - MDM for Market data projects. The small organization has provided me a vital and dynamic role to work on different projects where I had my aspiration.

Worked as a business analyst for a development project that handles Pension Funds and Fiduciary management (LDI & Balanced Solutions). I got more insight about investment management, data analysis, data quality and client sensitivity. I have learned investment concepts - Client specific mandates, mandates monitoring & reporting, tactical asset allocation, different types of Overlays and duration matching funds I also understood CMMi Level 5 project management and service delivery.

I have changed my domain expertise from Telecom to Investment Management and have learned EAI products - Mercator 6.5.2, MQ Series 5.3, Ascential DataStage TX 7.1 for trade interface project that used Hub and spoke methodology with STP Process.

Worked for Tibco product upgrade, improving error handling and escalation process in MNP Project. Learned other applications - Order Management Process, Number Location Management System, Process Control System - eventually these helped to improve quality of MNP Project.

Trained in web technology stream in Infosys Technologies and started my career working with Proximus, Brussels Mobile telecom to maintain Tibco middleware applications (Project- Mobile Number Portability) and got trained with Tibco products Tibco RV, IM, BPM, IC and BC, Java & Java Servlets, ECMA Script & Unix Shell Scripts
