Your profile:
- Successfully completed training in office management or equivalent training or many years of experience
- for Career changers and interested persons also suitable
- for HR assistants, HR consultants, HR managers, dispatchers and HR contacts suitable
- Driver's license Class B desirable
- Confident appearance combined with social skills
- Technical affinity, strong communication skills and customer orientation (MS Office)
- Knowledge of Polish make urgent are required for operation.
Your tasks:
- Processing and evaluating customer inquiries
- Submit and receive offers
- Order monitoring at customers
- Accompanying the quotation process as the customer’s mouthpiece
- Communication with business partners
- Expansion and promotion of long-term, trusting and sustainable customer relationships
