 Led the Offshore IT Infra Account Delivery operations of a Danish telecom customer.  Was responsible for issue diagnosis & troubleshooting, adherence to SLAs for issues related to SAN arrays & switches.  Coordinated with vendor partners & field team for DC visit/ hardware break fix.  Represented DC Hosting team in CAB meetings and performed risk analysis for planned Changes.  Participated in a DC migration project involving movement of SAN setup from one site to another.

 Oversaw the IT Infra (Enterprise Storage Area Network & Backup) footprint of a Belgian telecom operator.  Traveled to client location in Brussels for DC visit (array locations, vendor meet, SAN cabling), knowledge gathering and sign off from customer. Was instrumental in getting the offshore delivery to steady state.  Managed and administered a multi-vendor setup including Hitachi, EMC and HP Storage arrays.

 Worked as part of BRMS AS400 operations team which catered to Australia & NZ customers in a Global Service Delivery model.  Monitored and attended cases related to Batch jobs & Backups operations running round the clock.  Prepared skill mapping, shift rosters ensuring key team member present in each shift.  Provided Knowledge Transfer to new joiners and assisted them for smooth on boarding.

 Started career as a campus recruit, post finishing Graduation degree program.  Underwent months of intensive training comprising DB, Networks, UNIX, C language as well as behavioral workshops.  Supported the 24*7 Enterprise Backup operations of HP US customers using HP Data Protector & EMC Networker tools.
