Main responsibilities: Payroll booking, funding and forecasting, salary payments, reconciliation of payroll calculations done by third parties, reconciliation of BS payroll accounts, and owner of payroll accounts in Balance Sheet. Responsible for branches in 7 European countries (The Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary. Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Switzerland). Responsible for transition to Romania of payroll for 2 countries (Hungary and Germany) Working closely with treasury team, Ap team and Finance management.

Invoicing, booking of all bank movements, booking all treasury, intercompany movements,reports, FX exposure report, cash report, reconciliation of all GL accounts, month end closing postings, statutory reports, tax calculation, Hyperion reporting, ad hoc requests Working with: France AR team: Every day incoming payment posting, customer account reconciliation, Bank suspense account clearing, customer account reconciliation. Germany GL team: All bank movements posting, AR, Bank, Daily cash flow
