• The Money School (2018-2020)- a BCR project through which financial education courses are delivered to both private individuals and companies. I have delivered more than 50 presentation in front of a public that consisted of a number of people varying between 20-200 persons • part of Local Talent Pool BCR (2018-2020): personal development and career growth program during which I participated in a series courses of management, project management, accountability, etc. The Pool consisted of cca. 100 employees out of a total of 6000 BCR employees • Arhitect BCR (2018-2020) – responsible for promoting the organizational culture of BCR among the employees • Project manager-Employer Brand BCR (2018)-this project consist of signing a partnership with the University of Craiova through which we were allowed to attract the best students to participate at the bank's internships. In this project were involved 11 branch managers, 2 group retail managers, regional manager, HR team,7 teachers
