- Perform daily Tier 1 technical support within EMEA region . - Ensure issue resolution in a timely manner, within highest standards of service quality, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with every interaction. - Multitask across systems and applications, analyze and resolve a variety of complex technical issues. - Maintain the needed working knowledge of polices, procedure, and updates across all product lines and processes

* Providing Techniqal support to Vodafone Ireland Customers, from our HQ in Cairo Egypt, As my Department called "VIS", stands for Vodafone for International services.

* Respond to customer queries through phone, email and walk-in potential customers and offer the available projects and buildings that will match their needs. * Point of contact for both property owners and Buyers. * Postings Ads and showing houses, Apartments and villas to Potential buyers. * facilitate Agreement closer that preserve the rights of both, property owner & buyer.
