Manage IT projects within the Region East (14 countries). - ERP projects (upgrades, or enhancements) - IT infrastructure projects (server consolidation, Hardware replacement, standard clients)

Manager of a team of 4 IT Specialists, 3 locations in Germany, and 300 users. • Manage the implementation of the IS security plan requested by the SG Group. Design a cost effective backup strategy and disaster recovery solutions. • Renew the local area network in the German plant, • EHS implementation for the IT team (formation and risks definition) • Manage SAP Project for “Returnable Packaging” (Mexico, CZ, Korea)

• Contribution to the implementation of SAP/R3 in German plant. • Manage an SAP-based Project: “Returnable Packages Management”, Design and implementation in the French plant. • SAP/R3 User Helpdesk for the Business Unit Textiles (Germany, France, Mexico, Czech Rep., South Korea) on SD, MM, QM, PP (FI & CO) Modules, first level and end-to-end coordination.
