Fastacash is an fast-growing fintech company that aims on socializing value transfer over social media.

Advised the board of shareholders on company strategy and targets. Key achievements: - Implementation of a three year plan and investment of 9 million euros on creating a 3-play provider (internet, telephone, TV services). - Roll-out of FTTH / ADSL networks in Tirana and major cities - Merger and acquisition of smaller players - 22% market penetration within 3 years of operation, and 35% on large corporate accounts

Position reported to CEO, managing a team of 150+ employees. Investment of twenty two (22) million Euro in three years business plan. Key achievements include: - Implementation of unified billing for both mobile and wireline telephony services. - Implementation of country-wide CDN (corporate data network), and high speed ADSL backbone network. - Complete overhaul and automation of internal company processes based on ITIL. - Build out of a new Data Center.

Strategy definition and management of the technical division. Budgeting, technical operations, and customer support were the main functions/divisions. Implemented a total investment of six (6) million Euro. Internet Hellas was acquired on August 2002 by Forthnet group (www.forthnet.gr).

Key responsibilities included: - Design, implementation and support of the country-wide IP based backbone network. - Design and implemented the expansion of the backbone network to include 50 different points of presence throughout Greece. - Design, implementation and support of the Virtual Private Networks corporate services. Overall management of the networks operations team, setting up targets and monitoring systems and networks performance.
