Key Responsibilities: - Lean operation transformation strategic planning and following up to comprehensively improve cost, quality and service of Fiskars’ global supply chain. - As the internal lean expert, facilitate break through lean projects at global own manufacturing sites. - Plan and facilitate break through lean projects at supplier sites and share the benefits of lean transformation.

Key Responsibilities: - Overseed the manufacturing operation from supplier sourcing to service to customers. - Led the site team to cooperate with the global colleagues for implementation of the group’s manufacturing and sourcing strategy. - Transformed the site from traditional batch-and-que production to one-piece-flow operation. - Supported the global team on new products and new markets development.

Key Responsibilities: - Full P&L responsibility. - Led and managed the Chinese division in line with Ampelite’s global business strategy. - Drove Lean Production across the manufacturing facilities in China to achieve the quality, cost and delivery goals. - As the primary contact, coordinated and cooperated with Ampelite’s Asia-Pacific team for business issues.

Responsibilities: - Established the trading operation & continuously improved the operation processes to meet customer expectation. - Applied on-line and off-line marketing tools to promote the company’s image and to establish business relationship with potential customers. - Vender sourcing and management.

Key Responsibilities: - Led the Chinese division to grow in line with the corporation’s Asia Pacific business strategy. - Be fully responsible for P&L and Balance Sheet. - Led sale/marketing team, explore new market segments and new business opportunities to realize organic and profitable business growth. - Drove Lean Production efforts to optimize customer service capabilities, product quality and operation costs. - Coordinate with the global R&D team for new product development.

Key Responsibilities: - Restructured the department and established a team to oversee sourcing, purchasing, planning, warehousing and logistic function; - Sourced and managed vendors for the local facility, as well as for European sister companies.

Ket Responsibilities: - Assisted the expatriate GM in commercial, financial, legal and technical affairs related to front-end preparation of the power plant project; - Assisted the expatriate project manager in overseeing the construction, installation and commissioning of the 2x50MW coal-fired cogeneration power plant; - Established and managed the Purchasing and Warehousing Department; - New supplier sourcing and existing supplier management.

Key Responsibilities: - Assisted the expatriate Consortium Site Manager in handling daily construction/installation and administration issues, and be responsible for site purchasing.
