Track and follow up on the progression of Service requests on behalf of the Project Manager Determine appropriate escalation action and initiates escalations Assign Project Manager based on instructions and pass the request to the respective owner for validation and proposal development; Support the production and delivery/distribution of reports to Client Cope with peak workloads, short deadlines, and significant pressure Demonstrate customer-focused attitude

Collecting information on funding opportunities Preparation of project proposals in Bulgarian and English for various types of organizations Management, coordination, implementation and reporting of projects under contracts for financial grants Development and evaluation of strategic documents on municipal, district and regional level, in accordance with all relevant national and European legislation

Assistance in planning, coordination, execution and reporting of projects under contracts for grants and contracts for project management; monitoring compliance with European and national legislation, regulations and guidelines for project management; preparation and completion of application documents as required by the funding body; support to customers in the funded projects' implementation - selection of service providers, organisation of project activities

Research for funding opportunities; review in the process of project development for compliance with applicable legislation (regulations relating to the procedure application for financial assistance) and sectoral legislation for the specific project or procedure; monitor for initiation of grant procedures
