Manage team of 70 employees in IT, directly reporting to CEO (6th ranked bank in Serbia, operating through 85 branches and 1,300 employees; member of large financial group with 76 bn EUR of assets). Responsible for 11 mil EUR annual IT budget. Cooperating and aligning targets with Group and subsidiaries in other countries. Focused on stability and high availability of IT systems as well as security strengthening, while at the same time strongly promoting new technologies and business driven processes.

Operational role responsible for managing all areas of IT, representing CIO in front of CEO and Executive Board. Focused on human relations and foundation of strong teams. Fully responsible for budgetary planning and monitoring of budget consumption. • Redesigned and executed Outsourcing strategy, decreasing expense for 23%. • Established strong Development unit, achieving significant investment savings (26% decrease over two years), great flexibility and short time-to-market.

Directly managed team of 15 employees, responsible for First Level Support, Test coordination and PMO. Successfully reorganized IT Division, introducing Service Oriented Organization. Built wide ITIL awareness across whole division – 20 employees of IT passed ITIL v3 Foundation exam. Successfully implemented processes from all areas of IT Service Management. During 2012 appointed as Acting CIO for seven months period.

Managing Service Desk operations with key goal to deliver high available systems and minimize response time in incident resolution. Responsible to design new interfaces in extreme complex environment.

Leading role in gap analysis, data migration and design of system interfaces during the merger of two banks. Got involved in all aspects and flows of banking operations. Around 1.5 mil accounts migrated from legacy system to Oracle FS core system. Full responsibility for design, managing implementation and coordinating tests of 20 application interfaces (final blueprint contains 120 application). After merger, responsible for managing big projects.
