• Led a team of 3 sourcing specialists, delivered total cost reduction of -33% for spares & consumables • Established market Intelligence in Low Cost Countries including economy, market, regulation, technology, supplier and product • Developed and implemented LCCS (Low Cost Country Sourcing) strategy, process and KPI and approved by regional purchasing head and VP purchasing • Launched LCCS projects; interacted with logistics, engineering and quality to achieve savings with risk management
