Coaching a cross cultural team to be adaptable, exceptional in their role, flexible on the topic. A team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts and Quality Assurance employees to execute an exploration project to understand the business value and plausibility of creating on-brand images of hotels at scale, to prove and disprove our hypotheses through User Research and A/B testing.
New leadership model whereby each employee has a "Responsibility Lead" (manager) and a "Talent Lead", which is responsible for the journey of the employee within the company, coaching on integration, career development and well-being. I was a member of the Senior Talent Lead group which met once a month to discuss and connect the Talents with the Leadership team (board of directors), bringing up important people topics impacting the organisation, taking action as required through working groups.
Project research and initiation by conducting stakeholder interviews, impact mapping and competitor analysis to understand and propose how to tackle this company pain point on high quality visual content. Creating an approach on how to make this scalable, taking an MVP approach. Once set and confirmed with internal stakeholders, I conducted a round of RFPs (request for proposal) to select suitable vendors (call centres and photographer marketplaces) to work with and contract them.
