I am an experienced Head of People / HR Director in the field of transforming and restructuring, labor relations, project/change management and being the interface to the top management and all committees. I am an inspiring leader in implementing national and international HR projects, HR digitalization, New Work models, cultural changes and negotiating all kinds of company changes with the co-determination committees. In my leadership role, I execute disciplinary and professional responsibility for all HR areas nationally & internationally. Regarding cultural change & transformation, I implement and ensure organizational design & structure.
