Co M&A, restructuring and reorg. Major accomplishments: steam cooking & induction cooking strat, introduction of Kaizen principles, Q record level,open Innovation,new manuf footprint & Industry 4.0

Head of Food Preparation R&D, serving 2 Factories in Italy and in France from one R&D team. In charge of the reorganization of the overall team and introducing new approach to NPD. Major accomplishments: re-launch of Hoover brand and energy consumption limit compliance.

Platform Manager of Built-in Oven product line, initially only for EU, later on also for US Reporting to the Global Product Dev. Director, I was responsible of the entire life of the product development, starting from Mktg specs definition till after sale technical support. I was in charge to support the NA as well as the EU region through the production in the Cassinetta plant (I - 650k pcs/yr) and the Oxford-MS plant (US - 200k pcs/yr). I was leading a team of 41 people
