The SaaS entity of Citrix has been split and merged with Logmein. In addition to my responsibilities in Citrix, I have been assigned to support the offering team of Rescue and appointed as a financial business lead for Customer engagement and support LOB. A great opportunity to further grow my skills and build on my network!

P&L analysis and reporting for GoToAssist and GoToMyPC product lines with following main responsibilities: - Tracking, analyzing and reporting of the main KPIs and product performance - Modeling impact of business initiatives and tracking progress against them - Providing business insights and recommendation of actions to the product leadership team - Reporting of actuals, plan and forecast to leadership with variance analysis

Analysis, forecasting and controlling of following: - Financial accounting and PO management (order approvals, accruals/ deferrals calculation) - Over/ Under cost allocation; shared cost allocation - Automation and improvement of cost allocation methods - HW and SW capitalization for Austria; validation of depreciation/ amortization cost - Labor spend analysis and forecasting, labor rates planning and labor spend allocation - Inter-company agreements and transfers for Austria
