Preparing Solution Design documents with necessary steps involved such as – Change management, Release planning, Support Plan, Technical design, Salesforce configurations considerations by working with technical and functional leadership team. Suggesting recommendations for processes and third party systems integration, Salesforce application development, and ongoing enhancement of the new or existing CRM systems.

Assisting business units to customize Salesforce reporting & dashboards according to business needs in a time efficient manner. Stay current on new features of Salesforce to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible. Providing mentorship and guidance to other team members on latest Salesforce capabilities.

Siebel Server, Gateway Server, Siebel Web Server Extension Installation and applying patches to Siebel Applications. Release deployment – Repository migration, SRF replacement, DDLSync in INT & PROD environments. Monitoring, supporting and troubleshooting DEV, UAT, Training and Production Siebel Applications.
