• Managed a short-term project with the responsibility of project team leading that successfully expanded company’s marketing database by ten times which enable significant business growth. The overall number of managed innovations are more than 1,500 in the multi-sectors. • Researched/evaluated the leading technologies in Automotive, Energy, Engineering, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Electronics sector.

Managed two separate international defence technology transfer contracts with Roketsan worth €73.7 million and MKEK worth €28.1 million, respectively. These contracts have been successfully implemented, and the products are ready to be used in the Turkish National Main Battle Tank (ALTAY). Analysed and coordinated several conflicted requirements and interests among the parties including the Government, Army and industrial partners in both South Korea and Turkey.

Supported and supervised the tank system design and led two design teams in Otokar under the contract worth US$ 168.3 million for the ALTAY Project. Developed the SKD businesses and managed long-lead items supply including the export license issue. Established a technology transfer and consultation project worth US$ 9.3 million. Collaboration among the three countries (Korea, Turkey, and Germany) was successfully led in not only technology but also commercial and management aspects.

• Carried out analytical planning for the negotiation strategies and the Project documents of over 400 pages, and negotiated a contract worth €28.1 million with Turkey successfully. For this task, close cooperation was actively required with various professionals including lawyers, accounting managers, export/import managers, manufacturing managers, bankers, military officers and government agents.

Developed the armour structure and armament system of the Korean New Main Battle Tank (K2) in compliance with the System Engineering process. Responsibility for innovative design of the "Deep Fording Operation" in the main gun decreased the preparation time by 66%. Reduced the purchasing cost of a tank component (‘Turret Lock') by 30 % using the VE (Value Engineering) method. Invented a "Mock Bullet for a Tank," this is 120 mm dummy training ammunition (Patent No. 1005493000000, January 2006).
