I am an electronics and communications engineer with over 16 years’ experience in security, vehicle telemetry and IoT systems, including extensive expertise in developing sustainable sales strategies for security cameras and telemetry products. I have a solid track record in business development, delivering customized system solutions in the MEA region, and launching successful global products by liaising with Far Eastern OEMs. I am passionate about building meaningful global relationships and embracing cultural diversity, which drives my work through resilience and self-motivation. - Managing efforts to attract security camera manufacturers and video management system suppliers to onboard the innovative Azena IoT ecosystem - Maintaining and supporting existing relationships with chipset vendors and hardware partners. including suppliers from Far Eastern countries and from the Americas - Conducting ongoing analysis for industry trends and technology advancement. - Setting a communication strategy and protocols between Azena’s marketing and product management teams.
Main Tasks; - Development of the worldwide portfolio and product strategy for MOBOTIX 3rd Party MOBOTIX MOVE- Portfolio (OEM) to position the products in accordance with the overall sales strategy. - Definition and implementation of the business/budget planning and goals for all products, respecting the goals of the product portfolio targets. - Maintenance of strong relationships with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/Service, Logistic as well as to external Suppliers and OEM/ODM/Technology partners.
- Drove sustainable sales growth across the Middle East region, whereby developed and executed effective sales strategies to manage distribution channels and relationships with architects, engineers, consultants,end users, and related regulatory parties. - Managed the new business pipeline for thermal and standard CCTV products and played a key role in encouraging demand for other vertical product lines while managing pre-sales administration and communication streamlining among support teams and customers.
