As a Recruitment Manager I am in charge of the Recruitment Team for the Engineering & Pharma profiles. My main responsibilities include: TEAM -Team management and training of new Recruiters -Management of the development and involvement of the members of my team CLIENTS -Communication and management of the process with the clients -Guidance and advice -Negotiation and follow up of the agreements

-Building the in-house recruitment team -Training in processes and procedures of the in-house recruitment team -Main person of contact for the Recruitment team during the in-house project, from the beginning until the end of the project -Follow up of the project and the needs of the team -Induction of the consultants from the end of a project to a new project -Support in the recruitment process of generic profiles: engineers, marketing, supply chain and sales & finances

-Briefing and definition of the requirements with the client -Managing the recruitment process from begin to end -Posting in specialized job portals -CV Screening -Conducting telephone and personal interviews, assessing technical and competency profiles -Preparing reports of each applicant for our customers -Analyzing the effectiveness of the recruitment process, creating KPI’s that assure hirings in a timely manner -Recruiting via social media tools (Xing, LinkedIn)

My main functions include: - Point of contact with the Managers of each department to stablish the hiring needs - Leading a team of 5 Consultants - Responsible for managing the workload of my recruitment team - Review and approval of the candidates before escalating to the Managers - Competency based interviews (face to face, Skype, or telephone) - Responsible for creating and accomplish the deadline for all department vacancies - Reporting to my internal client and to my direct Managers

As part of Talent Acquisition team, I'm in charge of the recruitment and headhunting mostly Point of Sales for the DACH (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) Market and for Headquarters. - Building and maintaining a network of qualified candidates - Working internationally with new store teams - Recruitment via social media tools (Xing, LinkedIn) - Contacting candidates, CV Screening, conducting phone and in-person interviews - Assisting in other HR / recruiting processes

-managing the selection process from start to finish -job posting -application filtering and telephone pre-screening -competency based interviews -liaison with clients, ensuring their expectations are being met accurately -preparation of candidates for the interview with clients -general interviews, career support -headhunting of and developing new methods of finding the right candidates -language testing according to the EU standards: English, Spanish, French and German
