Based in Grugliasco (Torino) HQ I am in charge of developing the business in the EMEA market with all major players present in the area. I particularly take care of : sales & marketing strategic plan, new customers scouting, new businesses development, bids and offers, commercial and contractual negotiations, procurement and partnership, aerospace events and exhibits participation, website. Technologies we develop are both metallic and composite.

Manage quality, logistics, techniques, costs and contracts of aerostructure work-packages Led a team of 8 people, Annual budget of 65 million € Contractors : IRKUT, Bombardier Aero, Mecachrome, LATECOERE Main achievements : • renewed and negotiated contract with IRKUT (5 million € yearly contract, 2nd largest Russian player in aerospace) • structured the business relationship with Mecachrome (France & Canada) for all build-to-print related WPs • re-established a quality

Led a team of 70 people (staff and on-site contractors) Managed an overall annual budget of 4 million € Managed, as principle activities : new products development, continuous improvement actions, investments and machine maintenance, supply chain for metallic elementary parts. Deputy production unit manager : In charge of the Production Unit’s “make and buy” strategy + implementation Business Plan elaboration for AEROLIA low cost plant in Tunisia

Project : Flexible Automatic Riveting Workshop Led a team of 10 people and managed a budget of 10 million € Project’s achievements : • Definition of scope and processes for the new workshop (incl. Products’ redesign) • Design, production, installation and ramp-up of the new production means Once the project phase was completed, I was given the production line responsibility : • RC savings (≈ 20%) • Lead times reductions (≈ 30%) Achieved within 1 year of full production
