Led the integration across all functions (e.g. sales, R&D, operations, SCM), people and processes, realizing annual sales synergies of 25m € and cost synergies of 5m €. Overhauled the global distribution model of BYK by designing and implementing a new set-up, resulting in the cancellation of ~80 agent contracts
