Julia Zabel

Hi, I am Julia and deeply passionate about all things people. 🙋‍♀️ My focus lies on recruiting talent for young and dynamic companies and finding the perfect fit🤝. But my previous experience in the people & culture field includes tasks all along the employee life cycle 🔄. Besides working hands on in the people & culture field, I am also keen to learn more about people in my studies and research 👩‍🎓. During my Bachelor's and Master's, I had the pleasure of studying a mix of marketing as well as sustainable, public and nonprofit management 📚. With the pursue of my PhD, I am working on getting new insights for the 'employer marketing' research field ✍️ , comparing the change behaviour of private and public sector employees. I am thrilled to combine my studies, passion and work experience within this research project.
