Global IT Asset Management Coordinator
IBM Deutschland GmbHThis role is performed in a virtual assignment with a global team. In this role I am responsible to control and approve the ordering of workstation peripherals and SW for global Geos. The approval of peripherals purchasing requests were based on documented eligibility criteria, Corporate Instruction and Guidelines. I was actively involved in the global team set up and the global process introduction and the worldwide set up of the new process.
In the role as Commercial Manager I was responsible for the contract transfers to the Centre of Excellence Bratislava and Centre of Excellence Bangalore. Furthermore I was significantly involved in the implementation of process definitions with the CoE Bratislava team to make the transformation a success story.
In my role as Account Manager I was responsible for several outsourcing contracts amongst others for a complex contract with a complicated transition with focus on the month end, quarter end and year end activities with revenue- and cost analysis as well as forecasting and billing.
The role included the responsibility to sample and test the KCFRs (Key Controls over Financial Reporting) under solution design, to participate in KCFR documentation reviews and SOX Walkthroughs.
In the role as Bid Manager within the BM Deal Hub I was responsible for the management of complex service lead bids which included x-lob and international aspects. I was responsible for guiding the bid through internal processes and assuring releases on time, generate and perform calculations, document management until delivery and ensure revisable archiving.
In the role as Winning Proposals Specialist and Focal Point for SWG sales I was responsible for the creation and design of customized proposals, responses of tenders, quick proposals and as well guiding through the internal processes.
In the role as a Marketing Focal Point for SWG Sales my responsiblity was to organise top customer events (golf events), an executive tour for a VP and GM, team events and sales enablement sessions The responsibility for for Business Controls included independent analysis (definition, initiation, consolidation and reporting); the lead management process with worldwide review calls, pipeline tracking with analysis and forecasts, customer references. Very close teamwork with all the sales functions.
The role in the Hiring Project Office was part of SW Sales Recruitments. The role included the following responsiblities: Business Controls: analysis of deployment models, actuals/targets; analysis and reporting of hirings/recruitments, recruiting pipeline and summary reports; analysis and design of new hire survey; developed and realized mentoring programs for new sales representatives. organisation of top customer events.
