I lead outbound operation at Amazon. I am responsible for leading, developing, and engaging a team of exceptional talent that makes innovation possible; one of my main focuses is motivating, mentoring, and coaching my team to become the best leaders they can be. I also build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts and determine productivity requirements. I steer meetings with subject matter experts in EU region to improve the operational process.

As a senior engineer, my key responsibility was to design and develop system and software for electronic clutch system for cars. I was also responsible to directly engage with clients (BMW, Daimler, Tata) and design products as per their requirements.

Started my career as a product development engineer and then promoted to senior engineer. My main responsibility was to design and develop an efficient software for body control electronic system, seat control electronic system.
