Über mich
Joining the German Armed Forces right out of high school I was challenged with taking on leadership responsibilities early on. Life as an Officer is characterized by constant learning, fresh challenges almost daily, and trust and responsibility bestowed upon you very early on. I thrive under these conditions. Having been placed in multiple roles throughout my career I enjoyed the almost polar opposite tasks I needed to fulfill and new knowledge I had to learn, all of that in a short timeframe. From project manager to teaching nuclear physics and lastly becoming an Officer for Security Policy, all positions have provided me with unique challenges and insights. The management and communication side thereof has been a focus of mine. In my current position, I am in the public relations arm of the German Federal Ministry of Defense and speak on security policy issues to the German public. Educating and keeping the public discussion alive.
