Responsible for growing a consulting practice from scratch going from a handfulof employees to over 50 within a 4 month period. Additionally responsible for the organization, management and deployment of the team to a major project at Sprint.

Independent Consultant for H&R Block responsible for Identifying and deploying key functional requirements from the Field Tax employees for back office systems used to manage and train new tax advisors.

Led several major project initiatives focused on driving the back office functionality needed to support new products, services and growth. This included ownership of a $500 Million project (over 3 1/2 years) for the implementation of a new billing system and conversion of over 25 million subscribers. Although the project didn't complete as planned, the company saved over $100 Million per year directly as an outcome of this effort.

Responsible for managing large scale and strategic back office projects for the Telecommunications industry (wireline and wireless).
