• Assist installation Manager in controlling all administrative and communication functions and Act as liaison between Construction Manager and off-site engineers, Technical team, suppliers and sub-trade contractors , Using project management skills monitor and maintain accurate information on the schedules and progress of constructions jobs for all projects. , Schedule the job and completion as per the targets within the estimated cost / agree the time schedule.

• Responsible for completing the project safely, on time and within budget. • Manage for project cost control. • Responsible for project “hand over". • Responsible for ensuring safety requirements are followed at site as per company safety management system manual. • Responsible for full chain scheduling (sharing the plan). • Performs subcontractor qualification, evaluation and selection. • Negotiates sub-contractor scope, terms and rates, instigates purchase orders and certifies bills

• Manage a Maintenance Center, monitor and follow-up on The routine maintenance , service , Troubleshooting and technical support for the team. • Guide the technicians for their daily assignments. • Ensure timely periodic inspection and yearly inspection with Load test for traction elevators. • Carrying out yearly drop test for all Elevators and Escalators.
