Replicating GoodWeave's carpet methodology in readymade garment sector project that launched in 2016 in the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsible for refining standard and verification system for the apparel industry in consultation with a targeted group of workers' rights and apparel industry stakeholders. Applying the unique process of GoodWeave's inspection and monitoring to prepare the supply chains for more transparency and sustainability.

Addressing risk and compliance within licensees supply chains, developed a data collection formats to analyse audit & inspections and label data. Revised the audit & inspection checklist of carpet and apparel sector. Guiding supply chain monitoring team based in 6 states through its 4 regional offices in India. Optimising the process to address non-compliance issues in the licensee supply chain. Training new staff on the GoodWeave process of audit & inspection, certification, standard, and data management.

Provided advisory support to the director, on marketing, start-up business planning, leadership, collaboration, resource building and community building and mentored to start-up companies.

Assessed and re-engineered business process to address gaps and increase proficiencies. Maintained full accountability for designing profitable IT projects to implement in Georgia and CIS region.

Helped the company owners to start the company, find traders and customers, and establish operations in tier I and II cities in India. Supported company to find and establish a relationship with flower growers and traders in South India to start export business. Provided business development support for export of fresh & dried flowers in the international market and expand in local markets by opening kiosks.
