My current task are: a) Establishment of a regional innovation system through systematic coordination and networking of relevant stakeholders; b) Development of measures for advancement of regional innovation; c) Development of regional innovation strategy; d) Positioning of Rhein-Neckar region as a competitive region for innovators and founders. e) co-managing RegioWIN, an EU-funded project competetion aimed at regional development (stakeholder binding from 15 cities and counties).

In this role I was responsible for Health Axis Europe Partnering, a project aimed at facilitating knowledge exchange and technology scouting between global healthcare companies on one side and, start-ups, small / medium enterprises and academia on the other. My other project is European Health Catapult, a joint training and competition programme, giving an opportunity to the companies to present in front of experts and investors.

Editing scientific manuscripts in the fields of biochemistry, genetics, and molecular biology
