Developed the 5 year vision and strategic elements for global fuels and EMEA sales. Delivered a 15% revenue growth for EMEA sales.

Accountable globally for the strategic directions and the P&L of the fuels additive business. Developed a fuels business strategy focused on generating growth through geographical expansion and application diversification whilst maintaining core business profitability. Gained early success in the geographical expansion approach with projects generating significant positive cash flow and profit the first year. Set up structure an culture to deliver new business development, gained significant successes.

Accountable globally for the strategic directions and the profitability for both the fuels and marine additive businesses. Consolidated marine business turnaround with new strategic initiatives: cost reduction and new technology introduction. Developed and executed fuels business strategy focused on improving profitability through a complete application and customer re-segmentation and tailored value propositions. Improved fuels additive margin by 8% p.a. using more effective value extraction.

Accountable globally for the marine and large engine additive businesses strategic directions and P&L. Developed marine strategy focused on integrating both joint venture partner businesses into one globally managed business and aimed at restoring business profitability. Achieved successful marine business turnaround through new product introduction and new manufacturing facilities investment in France.
