Planned and executed the entry of EOS Group in Albania through a green filed start-up investment. Grew the local organization to 40+ employees and established it in less than 15 months as the market leader in the country, providing debt collection services to all major banks, telecoms, utilities and non-banking financial institutions. Successfully ran a near-shoring debt collection project for a leading Italian client. Realized the proper withdrawal from the market when it did not meet expectations.

Successfully led the sales, marketing and PR activities of the company: Developed and maintained C-level relationships with existing and potential customers in the banking, telecom, insurance and financial sectors. Converted key prospects into active profitable customers. Identified and developed new business opportunities (nationally and internationally). Represented the company at industry events and in PR activities. Actively participated in the strategic management of the company.

Successfully grew and led the Global Customer Service function based in Sofia: With a team of 10 was the primary contact point on the daily business for all customers worldwide. Assured proper and fluent order management, deliveries, forecasting, issues/complaints escalation and resolution. Enhanced and improved the related processes, procedures and ERP modules. Actively participated in the local management of the Sofia site.

Developed and implemented the export strategy of the company for SeatTable (http://ort.bg/series/SeatTable/11). Organized and led the participation in major industry events (e.g. NeoCon - Chicago, IL). Established, developed & maintained relations with more than 30 clients in the Americas, South Africa, Middle East, selected European and Asian markets.
