 Develop, mentor, and direct a team of 80 employees across 4 divisions by building and diversifying the global separation business unit CI & technology department.  Responsible for identifying, considering, and rolling out cutting-edge technology for new production lines and machine extensions, bringing innovation and improved productivity to the manufacturing process.  Lead a Lean transformation strategy and prioritize opportunities to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Shouldered the entire responsibility of administering the Hungary plant with 318 employees, adhering to the environmental, EHS, production, maintaining quality standards, and coaching the leadership team as the Deputy Plant Manager.  Drove lean transformation across the EMEA region, comprising 12 sites, executing, and spearheading the Dometic Production System "DPS".  Directing, reviewing, and standardizing the industrial master plans and KPIs.

Responsible for creating/managing projects with domestic and international experiences (Europe & Asia) for increasing plant stability, reducing manufacturing costs, improving production throughput, process efficiency and product quality, using continuous improvement process (CIP) and operational excellence tools (Poka Yoke, PDCA, DMAIC, VSM, Kaizen, OEE and 5S). Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, QC, Project Engineering and Business Manag. to scope, develop and execute business improvement projects.

• Entwicklung und Optimierung neuer analytischer Techniken für die Untersuchung der physikalisch-chemischen Eigenschaften von Polymeren in den Polymer-Nanocomposite-Systemen mittels spektroskopischen und thermischer Analyse-Techniken (Microcalorimetry, DSC und TGA), XRD, TEM und 31P-MAS-NMR. • Quantifizierung und Analyse des Adsorptionsverhalten und Reaktionsmechanismen der Polymere in Polymer-Nanokomposite-Systeme (Polymere mit phosphonierte Ankergruppen)

Verantwortlich für die Leitung und Organisation der Anlagen, des Personals und der Prozesse in der Produktion: - Planung des Produktionsplans und Behebung von Problemen mit Geräten oder Maschinen. - Verwaltung des Produktionsteams - inklusive Einstellung, Evaluierungs- und Training (10 Mitarbeiter). - Sicherstellung der gesamten für die Einhaltung der Vorschriften erforderlichen Dokumentation.

Spezialist im Team der Sonderkommission der Vereinten Nationen (UNSCOM).

Group of Prof. Dr. Hans-Ulrich Moritz. • Synthesis of Polybutadiene (BR) by radical polymerization in solution. • Development of a computer-controlled laboratory reaction calorimeter (RC1). • Using “Predici” software. • Using analytical methods: HPLC, GPC, GC, IR and NMR Spectroscopy.
