- Noticeably increasing of 20.8% in the maintenance team productivity. - Develop Computational Vision, Image Processing algorithms and Machine Learning to detect defects in rail wagons components, reaching 83.04% of accuracy. Link - Using lean thinking and standardized work, consumption of maintenance material declined by 27% in 1 year, leading to R$624k in savings.

- Led strategic analysis regarding fuel freight trains schedule in order to avoid catastrophic failures on railroad operations. This analyses reduced an estimated US$21.7 million dollars of monthly losses from traffic congestion delays; - Successfully completed a project which aimed to attest to a technical Norm (the Union Internationale Des Chemins de Fer. UIC 406) for mixed-traffic railways, which recommend 60% as an operational efficiency factor.
