Jason brings 25+ years of business management experience and success. Although telecommunications has defined his career with numerous Tier1 operators, before that it was elevators. Jason started fitting elevator monitoring units as a teenager for his father Mike Godwin, a renowned lift engineer, before an apprenticeship on his ground-breaking Bush House (BBC World Service) lift modernization. Jason then emigrated to Australia to join EPL (Kone) and quickly graduated from site works to new lift sales with strong success in Perth (WA) on landmark buildings that still define the skyline today. After that he led Boral Elevators [now OTIS] as NSW State Manager (Modernisations ) and later NSW State Manager (New Sales) to deliver on ambitious targets that drove the acquisition by OTIS. Jason also brings vertical transportation consulting experience and a strong ITC/Digital suite of skills plus eMobility and international exposure, startup experience and academic studies, including MBA.
